Havfonn seeks investments in companies with international potential and lasting competitive advantages.

Snefonn, Havfonn’s parent company, was the first company in the group to invest in what would turn out to be the precursor of today's Cloudberry ASA. The original investment was in Cloudberry Partners, a holding company where the Melbye family, Petter Borg and Fredrik Baksaas were shareholders. After restructuring the company, Cloudberry ASA was established and listed on Euronext Growth in April 2020, and later on Oslo Stock Exchange's main list. 

Snefonn was the first major capital partner of the Cloudberry Group, and has by providing capital and expertise been a contibutor to the establishment of Cloudberry as it is today. By being close to the company's management and board, Havfonn has been able to provide expertise in real time, and when there were immediate needs for making the right choices of direction. Together, Havfonn and Snefonn are the largest shareholder of Cloudberry, and we work actively with the company through the board, sub-committees, and by chairing the election committee. The ability of the Fonn companies to exercise a close and tight ownership is important for the company's development and to realize ambitions.
