Bergehus
Havfonn is a family-owned company with offices on the property Bergehus. It has been in the family's possession since Sigval Bergesen the Younger moved the shipping company to this property in Oslo’s Frøyas gate in 1955.
The property has grown from about 2000 m² (21,500 ft²) to its current approximately 15,000 m² (161,000 ft²) as the shipping company's needs expanded. Today there are several buildings on the property, most of which are let out as offices, with around 10 tenants. In addition there are 33 rental apartments. The property was sold together with the shipping company in 2003, but was bought back in 2009 by Havfonn in partnership with Eiendomsspar. The building was renovated 2009–2011 and converted from a very generous single-user to a flexible multi-user building. Havfonn bought Eiendomsspar’s share in 2019 and owns the property 100% today. Havfonn and associated companies have their offices in Bergehus, which also houses other companies. The property is run and administered by Havfonn.
